now people are asking us, I want to give a gift to this man and to that man. can I give a gift? It is the occasion of Christmas and I want to give a Christmas gift to my friend and we tell them, my brother and my sister, let me explain to you logically.. you have chosen to be a Muslim, Muslim means one who worships Allah alone and considers association of partnership with Allah as the highest form of blasphemy. do you understand? So, if you're a Muslim.. you believe in Allah alone and any association of partnership with Allah is the highest form of blasphemy. So if it is the highest form of blasphemy when people have considered someone a son of Allah and the Quran tells you
The heavens almost rupture therefrom and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation {19:90}
ALLAHU AKBAR! ALLAHU AKBAR!
the skies are about the rip apart because of the statement that they have uttered. Allahu Akbar!
if you looks at surah Maryam towards the end, Allah (subhaanahu wa ta'ala) makes mention of a powerful verse. He says "how could they have said that I have a son and they are insulting Allah by saying that Allah has a son. The earth would like to crumble and the sky would like to split because of the seriousness of the crime' and yet we want to take a gift and say, 'have a happy day associating partner with Allah.' You understand why as a Muslim it would be wrong for us to take a gift. we taking a gift and saying , 'my brother.. You have associated partner with Allah, Allah says it is the biggest blasphemy against Him, but take this gift, It's okay, from me, I'm a Muslim Allahu Akbar!
You cannot say, 'merry Christmas ' not even if an alien came and told you, you cannot even say it to him, and say, 'he's just an alien.. I'm never gonna see him again, he's not go nna tell anyone.' No merry Christmas , not from a Muslim, not from a non Muslim, its not of part of our deen.. period! It is the concept that god was born on the 25th of December. That's as shirk and kufr as you get! an d you saying, 'merry Christmas' saying congratulations on your false religion, congratulation on your false understanding of life.. You are congratulation them on the most evil of shirk and kufr and as ibn Al Qayyim said, this worse than ( congratulation for) forrication, and drinking alcohol and killing someone.' Because you are approving of the biggest crime even committed by the children of Adam-shrik! And you are to someone, 'no problem , merry Christmas to you.'
(jesus) said, "indeed, I am the salve Allah. He given me the Scripture and made me a prophet." {19:30}
